Wild Garlic Chimichurri

If you enjoy a good steak, this gorgeous seasonal chimichurri sauce will compliment your meat beautifully. Fresh herbs with the heat of chilli and the zing of red wine vinegar – you’re going to love it!

Wild garlic chimmichurri


100g wild garlic

100g fresh coriander

20g fresh oregano

4 cloves garlic

1 large red chilli

1 chopped shallot

1 tsp salt

A big pinch of chilli flakes

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar


Simply blend all the ingredients in a food processor until you have your desired consistency. Enjoy alongside your favourite steak!
